ORDERING

before placing an order -

Once you have chosen the design you love please get in touch to check my availability and discuss your requirements. You can also arrange for a consultation or via zoom if you prefer.

samples -

To appreciate the size and quality of my invitations, ordering a sample is strongly recommended before placing a full order for your stationery

(Due to variations in computer/ tablets/phones screens the colour of the digital proofs you see on your screen may not be the exact colour of the final item.)

Samples will be personalised with your names and made up in your preferred colour options, all other details will be added at proof stage.

Sample invitations are £5.00 each which includes P&P.

Samples are made to order and are usually dispatched within 5 working days

PLACING AN ORDER -

A £50 deposit secures all your production slots for save the dates, invitations and then one nearer your wedding day for ‘on the day’ stationery. You will be invoiced separately for the different stages of your stationery order.

Don’t worry if you don’t know all your details at this stage, it is important to get booked in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once I have all your wedding details you will receive full digital proofs of each of your stationery items via email for your approval. Proofs can be amended as many times as needed until they are absolutely perfect for you.

When you are happy with all your proofs please confirm approval by email (once production of your stationery begins any further changes may incur additional costs).

There is no minimum order for invitations but it is quite common for couples to get some late additions to the guest list, so I would recommend to order a couple more extra just in case. If they don’t get used it’s also nice to have a keepsake copy for yourself.

Additional stationery can be ordered later but may be produced using a different batch of card etc so the colour may vary slightly.

When your order is complete you can either collect it in person or I can post it out. All orders are posted by Royal Mail first class or courier for larger orders.

When posting your invites out to your guests it is advisable to check correct postage at the Post Office as you send them, some designs may require large letter postage stamps.
